Each of these will result in a support ticket being opened at Savience. We use these tickets to record each stage of the support process.
The first time you email Savience support, you will receive back an email inviting you to access the help system directly. The first task will be to create a password.
At each stage of the process of handling your call, we will update the ticket. Each time we do this you will be informed by email. You can of course log into the help desk system and monitor all of your calls.
If you call us by phone, please have your contact details to hand. This is especially important if you haven't called us before. We certainly need your name, contact telephone number, and email address.
